Digital data licence information

Clients need to read the Licencing Agreement for the Transfer and Use of Digital Information. Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement will enable clients to proceed to download the digital information.

The spatial data for Aboriginal Sites available through this website is updated daily. By accepting the terms of the Agreement ("I Agree" button) clients will be asked to enter their contact details in an online form.

Clients are expected to refresh their datasets regularly.

File types and metadata

The sites dataset can be downloaded in a number of different formats. The list of files is accompanied by associated metadata.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that datasets downloaded from DIA are updated frequently.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that personnel using the datasets downloaded from DIA are aware of and abide by the contents of the licensing agreement.
